BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the sale you will still have the same point of contact.
STEP 2: SOLUTION DESIGN BASED ON YOUR NEEDS
Following our initial communication with you, we immediately start working on finding you a solution that fits your business needs. We give you a short checklist of items we will need to make sure we get the right solution and correct provider for you. We listen to your unique business needs. This information gathering takes most customers less then 15 minutes. Once you have sent us the information, Motion VOIP goes to work for you.
Your Motion VOIP Expert will take the data collected in the phone introduction and Information gathering process a begin our design process. Our solution process will look at what your needs are now, what you may need in the next two years and what are the costs to upgrade. Motion VOIP is not designing a solution for just today but one that will expand as your business grows or as your needs change.
STEP 3: NEGOTIATE WITH PROVIDERS
Your Motion Expert will take the design and send it out to our network of qualified providers. Those providers will review the information and present us with a pricing quote. Your Motion expert will then assemble a comprehensive analysis document for you. The Analysis will include name of providers who meet the design needs, terms they are offering, any promotional items that are available and our suggestion summary.
STEP 4: LAUNCH
Your Motion Expert will present you with the comprehensive Analysis report and explain what is being offered. Did we hit the mark in finding a solution for you? If we did we will contact the selected provider and have them process the paperwork for you. Once all paperwork is completed Motion will work with you, the partner and existing provider to ensure everything goes smoothly. Should you ever have a question your Motion Expert will be there to explain, clarify or get the answers you need.
